The lh-1128 welding alloy, from ador fontech, is an austenitic stainless steel electrode for welding dissimilar steels. It has the following distinct features:
the lh-1128 has an alloy basis of iron, chromium, molybdenum & nickel
All position electrode deposits weld metal which is crack resistant. Weld metal is alloyed suitably with cr/ni/mo
It provides medium-high tensile strength with corrosion resistance
Soft arc, easily deslaging
Weld ripples are uniform with no undercuts
It has a uts of 71 kfg/sq.Mm & elongation of 40%.
the lh-1128 electrode for joining mild steels or low-alloy steels to various grades of austenitic stainless steels. Ideal for joining on grade of stainless steel to other grade`s of stainless steel such as welding of aisi 304 grade to 316 or 314 grade to 317, etc. For building up carbon steels to improve their wear resistance.
