The lh-128s welding alloy, from ador fontech, is an austenitic electrode used for welding of sugar mill rolls, machinery components & bearing areas. It has the following distinct features:
The lh-128s has an alloy basis of iron, chromium, molybdenum & nickel
All position electrode giving cr/ni/mo deposit
It provides high-tensile strength, excellent resistance to chemical corrosion & heat
It has a uts of 65 kfg/sq.Mm & elongation of 45%.
The lh-128s electrodes for multi pass crack free build up of sugar mill roller journals, machinery components & bearing areas. Smooth & steady deposition at lower currents. For cladding carbon steels to improve their wear & corrosive resistance so that resist corrosive attack of sugar cane juice, water & other contaminants
