Ador fontech limited is engaged in supplying products & services to industries like steel, mining, power plants, railways, road transport workshops, sugar mills, cement plants, fertilizer & chemical plants, workshops, shipping industries etc. They manufacture low heat input welding alloys which are electrodes used for the welding of stainless steel. The lh-128 welding alloy, from ador fontech, is an austenitic electrode for welding high alloy & unalloyed steels. It has the following distinct features:
The lh-128 has an alloy basis of iron, chromium, silicon & nickel
All position electrode giving 25cr/12ni deposit
It provides high-tensile strength, excellent resistance to chemical corrosion & heat
Slag detachability is good, gives smooth arc low spatter & smooth weld bead of radiographic quality
It has a uts of 65 kfg/sq.Mm & elongation of 40%.
the lh-128 electrode is used for joining stainless steel to low alloy steels & carbon steels, building up mild steel to improve wear resistance used for welding aisi 309 type steel. Welding the clad side of 18/8 clad steels.
