The lh-126 welding alloy, from ador fontech, is an electrode for hk 20, hk 40 & similar heat-resisting alloys. It has the following distinct features:
The lh-126 hc has an alloy basis of iron, chromium, carbon & nickel
It has a uts of 63 kfg/sq.Mm
It has easy arc striking, slag removal & have evenly rippled shining bead
The weld deposit can withstand temperatures up to 1150deg.C in continuous service.
Creep rupture strength is high
This high carbon electrode is intended for service at elevated temperatures where creep resistance is of primary importance
The lh-126 hc electrode is used for welding reformer tubes made of hk 30 & hk 40 alloys used in fertilizer industries, oil refineries, petrochemical plants, etc
