The lh-108 & lh-1080 welding alloy, from ador fontech, is an electrode for austenitic manganese steels. It is characterized by the following unique features:
The lh-108 & 1080 has an alloy basis of iron, chromium & nickel
It is a low-heat input austenitic stainless-steel electrode
Heat resistance up to 900deg.C
Resistant to corrosion by atmosphere, sea water, weak acids, etc.
Lh-108 has a uts of 64 kfg/sq.Mm & elongation of 35%.
Lh-108 has a uts of 64 kfg/sq.Mm & elongation of 40%.
The lh-108 & lh-1080 are used for joining austenitic manganese steels, difficult steels etc. Provides "elastic interlayer" before hard surfacing.
