The lh-107 welding alloy, from ador fontech, is an electrode for high resistance to heat & corrosion. It is characterized by the following distinctive features:
the lh-107 has an alloy basis of iron, chromium & nickel
It is a fully austenitic electrode with high strength & resistance to heat & corrosion.
Scale resistance up to 1200 deg.C
The deposit is tough, crack-proof & wear resistant
Suitable for positional welding
It has a uts of 65 kfg/sq.Mm & elongation of 35%.
the lh-107 is used for joining & surfacing of all types of mild & alloy steels, heat & scale resistant steels, manganese steels & for joining dissimilar steels. For cushioning alloy under hard deposits, fabricating & repairing valves, rolls, gears, hot dies, gas turbines & parts subject to heat, corrosion & impact.
