The lh-1105 welding alloy, from ador fontech, is a hydrogen controlled electrode with creep resistance. It is characterized by the following unique features:
The lh-1105 has an alloy basis of iron, manganese & silicon
It is a high deposition electrode
The lh-1105 gives smooth arc & very low spatter loss along with slag detachability
The weld metal meets x-ray, ultrasonic & other code requirements
The welds are ductile & crack resistant
It has a uts of 62 kfg/sq.Mm & elongation of 30%.
finds applications in high temperature pressure pipelines, boiler tubes & plates, used for welding carbon steel of unknown composition etc.
