The lh-105 lmp welding alloy, from ador fontech, is an electrode for medium carbon steels as well as medium-tensile steels of various compositions. It is characterized by the following unique features:
The lh-105 has an alloy basis of carbon, manganese & silicon
It is moisture resistant with a hydrogen coating
The weld is tough & has high impact value
The weld metal is ductile & crack resistant
Uses short arc & can be used i n all positions
It has a uts of 54 kfg/sq.Mm & elongation of 30%.
Finds applications in pressure vessels, pipe welding, fabrication & repair welding etc
