| Ace automation engineers offers hydraulic, pneumatic and hydro-pneumatic presses up to 400 tonne, to cover an extensive range of applications, in numerous industries. These presses are designed in 2-pillar, 4-pillar, c-frame and h-frame patterns, and are of high quality fabrication, robust design and supreme craftsmanship. Pneumatic and hydro-pneumatic cylinders are constructed from micro honed, hard chrome plated seamless steel tubes and reground high tensile piston rods. Presses can also be offered with pneumatic cylinders made as per iso 6431 specifications. Hydraulic cylinders are manufactured from seamless steel pre-burnished tubes and super finished, hard chrome plated piston rods imported from stelmi of italy. Seals for the presses are obtained from leading companies in germany and england. Their advanced time tested design along with outsourcing of critical fluid power components from reputed manufacturers guarantees smooth operation, zero deflection at peak loads and uniform distribution over the entire pressing area. All presses from ace automation engineers can be provided with two hand safety controls, electronic auto timer, electrical foot switch and heavy-duty electrical/plc based control panels. These presses also come with various options including anti-rotation, piston, guided platens, heated and cooled platens, ejection cylinders and adjustable stroke arrangement.
