| Accurate manufactures three co-ordinate measuring machines. All cmms are developed using innovative value engineering techniques. All air bearing surfaces and measuring scales are covered to prolong service life and prevent damage from dust contamination. This feature also reduces the effects of temperature change-so often a problem with exposed structures. By processing the granite in a very innovative way, it is possible to achieve accelerations similar to lighter construction machines with further benefits of naturally stabilised material. The static and dynamically computed details with the help of fea techniques ensure an optimum rigidity and constant accuracy over the life of the machine. A range of software platforms for geometric and surface measurements and cad comparison are available. The form measurement and reverse engineering application are supported via the continuous scanning probe technology. Features: all granite construction ensures greater accuracy and consistent performance; covers and bellows for protection from dust and temperature changes; visual indication on scale alignment; well balanced air bearing design; high speed operation; point to point and continuous scanning options available for probing; and non-contact measurements for thin and flexible components. The company also manufactures snap gauges, vernier calliper, and air gauges.
